What is Moonmud® and where the heck did it come from?

Moonmud® is a trade mark for a unique smooth-frozen dessert known as Muddle. Muddle is a tasty combo of freshly baked cake with creamy custard. Muddle is not made just any old way; we use a patent pending process to make this very special dessert. We bake our muddle into a beautifully sculptured rounded half sphere portion and enrobe it in Belgian chocolate. It’ is the delightful texture contrast of our gooey Moonmud® that melts in your mouth with crispy Belgian chocolate that truly makes eating this dessert an unforgettable experience.

Muddle was created in London around 5 years ago by Damian Oracki, especially to fill a huge gap in the market for a new & innovative dessert product. During the tricky development period Damian had resourcefully utilised the fussy tongue of his French girlfriend Mélanie Scaturro and together they had created this ultimate indulgence.
