We currently offer Moonmud® in individual dessert portions which are enrobed in Belgian Chocolate. These portions are half dome shaped and weigh in at around 85g each.

Below are the following initial three flavours offered:

1. Double Chocolate Moonmud®

This Gold Award winning flavour is a unique smooth frozen combo of Belgian Plain Chocolate Brownies with Belgian Plain Chocolate Ice Cream which is enrobed in Belgian Milk Chocolate. Could also be enrobed in Belgian Dark Chocolate on request.

2. White Chocolate Moonmud®

A unique smooth frozen combo of Belgian White Chocolate Brownies with Belgian White Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream which is enrobed in Belgian White Chocolate.

3. Mocha Brownie Moonmud®

This is for chocolate and coffee lovers out there. A unique smooth frozen combo of scrump tious Mocha Brownies with Mocha Ice Cream which is enrobed in Belgian Milk Chocolate.

The above individual desserts are sold in cartons of 9 units.

The choices of flavours for Moonmud® are endless yet in the short term we will concentrate on variations of our Double Chocolate Moonmud® variety. We can supply this Gold Award winner with all sorts of inclusions by request. My mind is going overtime with all the wonderful things that can go with chocolate brownies, from peanut butter all the way to raspberries, said Damian.
